RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy

All orders are considered final sale. Returns or refunds are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
Item must be in original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Used, worn, installed, or washed products
Lace that has been cut or altered
Hair that has been colored, bleached, or styled
Custom or special orders
Discounted items
3. Industry Notice (Hair Products)

Due to the nature of raw hair products:

Slight variations in color, texture, density, and length are normal
These differences do not qualify as defects
“Not as expected” or “not matching personal preference” is not a valid reason for return
4. Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved by us in advance.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
Customers must contact us before sending any item back
5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs (original and return shipping)
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

6. Return & Refund Requirement

To receive a refund:

The item(s) must be returned and physically received by us first
No refund will be issued without receiving the returned goods under any circumstances

All returned items will be strictly inspected upon arrival.

To qualify for a refund:

The returned item must be identical to the original item shipped
The product must be unused and unaltered
The product must include original packaging

If the returned item:

Does not match the original shipment
Shows signs of use or alteration
Is damaged or incomplete

We reserve the right to:

Reject the refund
Deny the return
Return the item back to the customer at their expense
7. No Return, No Refund
Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)
Failure or refusal to return the item will automatically void any refund request
8. Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (10%–30%) depending on the condition of the returned item.

9. Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days after we receive the return to process your refund.

10. Third-Party Purchases

We do not issue refunds for products purchased through:

Distributors
Retail partners
Any third-party platforms
11. Final Decision

By placing an order, you agree that:

All return and refund requests are subject to our inspection and approval
We reserve the final right of decision on all cases
