1. Shipping Method

kabeilu hair uses FedEx Express and other reliable international carriers for worldwide shipping.


2. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


3. Processing Time

In-stock Items

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day

Customized Items

(Custom wig styles, pre-styled wigs, extra-long lengths, custom cap sizes, colored wigs, etc.)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

If there is any issue with your order or shipping details, we will contact you within 24 hours.


4. Shipping Time

  • United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • Other countries: 5–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on destination and order details.
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


6. Delays & External Factors

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Flight or carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.


7. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties:

  • The shipment may be delayed, returned, or destroyed
  • All resulting costs will be borne by the customer

8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs
  • Additional fees
  • Any resulting losses

9. Order Modification & Cancellation

Standard Orders

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment

Customized Orders (Strict Policy)

Customized products include but are not limited to:

  • Styled wigs / pre-plucked / pre-cut lace wigs
  • Extra-long length wigs
  • Custom cap sizes (small / large)
  • Colored or specially processed wigs

Once the order is:

  • Confirmed by the customer, and
  • Production has started

👉 The order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded

This is due to:

  • Labor costs (manual customization, styling work)
  • Material costs (allocated and processed hair)

These costs are non-recoverable


Production Confirmation Clause

Once the customer confirms product details (including length, color, density, lace, or style), it is considered as:

Final approval for production

After this stage:

  • No changes can be made
  • No cancellations will be accepted

Refusal / Return of Customized Orders

If a customized order is:

  • Refused upon delivery
  • Returned for non-quality reasons

The customer will be responsible for:

  • All shipping costs (both ways)
  • Production costs
  • Any additional losses incurred

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier
  • If shipping insurance is purchased, claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation

11. Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is refundable only before shipment
  • After shipment, claims depend on carrier approval

13. Agreement Clause

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

  • All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors
  • For customized orders, once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified
  • The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping-related risks once the package is handed over to the carrier
